Odessa VSOP Brandy is a Ukrainian grape brandy crafted in Odesa using traditional Charentais-style copper pot distillation. Produced from white grape varieties, the spirit is matured in oak to develop a smooth and expressive profile combining warm spice, citrus, dried fruit, honey, nuts, and caramel. Bottled at 40% ABV, it balances mature wine character with a rich, rounded texture.

Food Pairing: Dark chocolate, aged hard cheeses, dried figs, dates, roasted walnuts, almond pastries, caramel desserts, and fruit cake.
