About the Nugan Estate Alfredo Second Pass Shiraz
Nugan Estate Alfredo Second Pass Shiraz is a rich Riverina red with rhubarb, cherry, raspberry and blueberry fruit layered with tobacco, dark chocolate and earthy notes. A second fermentation over Alfredo Dried Grape Shiraz pomace adds intensity, while velvety tannins create a long, complex finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with seared lamb rump, caramelised veal shanks with polenta, and aged cheddar cheese.
