Crafted in El Arenal, located in the Tequila Valley (Lowlands) of Jalisco, Mexico, Nueveuno (91) Blanco is a certified organic, additive-free artisanal tequila produced at the renowned Tequila Cascahuín distillery (NOM 1123). Created as a homage to traditional craft and the commitment of frontline responders, Nueveuno focuses on purity and transparency from field to bottle. Made from 100% estate-grown organic Blue Weber agave (Agave tequilana), the mature piñas are slow-cooked in traditional stone masonry brick ovens (mampostería), crushed using a mechanical roller mill, and fermented in open stainless steel tanks with natural airborne yeasts. Double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills, this unaged expression is bottled directly to preserve the raw essence of cooked agave, featuring bright herbal undertones, crisp citrus, black pepper, and distinctive volcanic earth minerality.
