The Dubh Glas Distillery Noteworthy Gin New Western Dry 750ml

The Dubh Glas Distillery Noteworthy Gin New Western Dry is an award-winning Canadian craft spirit produced in Oliver, British Columbia. Crafted using 100% British Columbia malted barley fermented in-house, this expression is distilled in custom German copper pot stills. It features an eclectic botanical blend including juniper, orange peel, coriander, and fresh carnation flowers, resulting in a modern, flora-and-citrus-forward profile that softens the traditional harshness of juniper while maintaining crisp gin character.

Food Pairing: Fresh oysters, goat cheese crostini, herb-roasted chicken, citrus-dressed greens, and smoked salmon blinis.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a smooth, velvety, and coating mouthfeel.

Nose: Fresh and fragrant up front with prominent aromas of sweet floral carnation and zesty orange oil, backed by crisp piney juniper, coriander, and subtle malted grain sweetness.

Finish: Long, clean, and dry with lingering notes of sweet citrus peel, subtle floral spice, and crisp pine warmth.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium Indian tonic water, garnished with an orange twist or an edible flower, or mix into a sophisticated Clover Club or Aviation cocktail.
