8 year old single malt from North Star Spirits distilled at Caol Ila distillery. Bottled from a refill butt at 51% abv. Proceeds from each bottle go to CHAS (Children’s Hospices Across Scotland). 600 bottles were produced.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Peated aniseed with burnt orange slices.
Palate: Citrusy soot & ash.
Finish: Medicinal salty marmalade.
