About the Nocturne SR Cabernets
Nocturne SR Cabernets is a vibrant Margaret River red with cassis, black plum and dark berry fruit layered with baking spice, tobacco and savoury notes. The medium-to-full-bodied palate combines juicy freshness with cocoa-like tannins, earthy complexity and firm structure, finishing long, textured and balanced.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with steak frites, grilled ribeye, braised beef cheeks, and rosemary lamb.
