About the Nikolas Juretic Mont
Nikolas Juretic Mont is a distinctive Friuli white from old vines in the Collio, combining Friulano with small portions of Malvasia Istriana and Picolit. Citrus, peach, white flowers, Mediterranean herbs, and mineral notes lead into a fresh, textured palate with lively acidity and a savory finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, fresh pasta, risotto, white meats, or soft cheeses for an elegant Friulian pairing.
