Niepoort Drink Me Nat Cool Pet-Nat 1L

A wonderfully fun, vibrant, and completely unvarnished natural sparkling white wine crafted by the legendary Dirk Niepoort as part of his low-intervention, low-alcohol "Nat Cool" movement. Produced using the ancestral method (Pétillant Naturel) with native white grape varieties from the Vinho Verde region—including Azal, Arinto, Avesso, Trajadura, and Loureiro—it is bottled with a small amount of residual sugar and fine lees to complete its fermentation in the bottle. It displays a lightly cloudy, turbid straw-citrus hue, opening with a highly aromatic, yeasty nose of crisp green apples, zesty lemon peel, and juicy white peaches, layered with hints of fresh bread dough and field herbs. 

Food Pairing: Outstanding as a high-energy aperitif, or paired with sushi, fresh ceviche, crispy fried calamari, or light Mediterranean tapas.
