Nicoluzo Winery Gorgo Rose

Crafted by Nicoluzo Winery, a boutique estate located in the village of Kato Korakiana on the island of Corfu, 'Gorgo' Rosé represents a dedication to reviving the island's rare, historic grape varieties. Sourced from organically farmed, low-yielding old vines grown in limestone and clay soils, this unique natural rosé is crafted primarily from Mavrodaphne and Korinthiaki. Fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel with short skin contact, it is bottled unfined and unfiltered to showcase raw Corfiot terroir.
