Nicolas Maillart Mont Martin 1er Cru is a single-vineyard Champagne produced exclusively from Pinot Meunier grown in Villers-Allerand Premier Cru. Barrel fermentation and extended lees aging create remarkable texture, saline minerality, vibrant freshness, and impressive depth, finishing dry, precise, and elegantly structured.
