Nicolas Idiart Sancerre is a Sauvignon Blanc from 30-year-old vines grown on dry, chalky caillotte soils in Vinon. Fermentation and ageing on fine lees preserve aromatic complexity, revealing citrus, grapefruit, mint and peach notes with an intensely aromatic profile and crisp, refreshing finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled sea bass, steamed mussels, garlic prawns, or warm goat cheese salad.
