Nestor Fileri Rose

Crafted by Nestor Wines in Messinia, located in the southwestern Peloponnese region of Greece, this single-varietal dry rosé is produced from 100% Fileri—a rare, pink-skinned indigenous grape closely related to Moschofilero. Sourced from selected high-altitude vineyards (300–400m) planted in sand and clay soils in Trifylia, the grapes are vinified at cool temperatures in stainless steel to protect the grape's signature aromatic profile and vibrant natural acidity.

Food Pairing: Soft cheeses, light pasta dishes, grilled prawns, Greek salads with feta, and white-sauced Mediterranean poultry.
