Crafted by low-intervention winemaking innovator Milan Nestarec in the Moravia region of the Czech Republic, 'Forks and Knives' White (Nôžky) is an energetic, highly drinkable natural white wine designed for everyday enjoyment. Sourced from organically farmed vineyards rich in loess and limestone soils, this vibrant field blend brings together local grape varieties, including Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, and Traminer. Fermented spontaneously with wild indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees in neutral oak and acacia casks, it is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfur.
