Crafted by low-intervention winemaking pioneer Milan Nestarec in the Moravia region of the Czech Republic, 'Forks and Knives' Red (Nôžky) is designed as the ultimate table wine—vibrant, approachable, and deeply connected to its local roots. Sourced from organically farmed vineyards planted in loess and clay soils, this natural red blend brings together Pinot Noir, Blaufränkisch, and St. Laurent. Fermented spontaneously with wild yeasts and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur, it represents pure, unadulterated Moravian terroir.
