About the Negru de Purcari Vintage
Regarded as the undisputed crown jewel of Moldovan winemaking, Negru de Purcari is a prestigious vintage red blend crafted by the historic Château Purcari in the Ștefan Vodă region. Composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, Saperavi, and Rara Neagră, this flagship grand assemblage is aged for 18 months in French oak barriques to achieve optimal harmony, power, and depth.
Food Pairing: Roasted prime rib, braised beef short ribs, leg of lamb, wild game stews, and matured hard cheeses.
