About the Jidvei Nec Plus Ultra Roze
Crafted in the famed Târnave region of Transylvania, Jidvei Nec Plus Ultra Rosé is a vibrant and modern expression of Romanian winemaking excellence. Produced from Pinot Noir grapes grown on cool-climate hillside vineyards along the Târnava Mică river, the wine undergoes gentle pneumatic pressing and cold temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve pure fruit aromatics and lively freshness.
Food Pairing: Fresh summer salads, grilled prawns, light pasta dishes, poached salmon, and mild cheeses.
