Nc'Nean Quiet Rebels Gordon Single Malt

Nc'Nean Quiet Rebels Gordon is a limited-edition organic Highland single malt Scotch whisky released in 2023 at 48.5% ABV. Created by distillery manager Gordon Wood, it combines whisky matured in STR red wine, Oloroso Sherry and Rivesaltes wine casks. Rich and fruit-forward, it offers a luxurious profile of crème brûlée, spiced plum jam and candied orange peel, complemented by creamy vanilla and warming spice.

Food Pairing: Roasted duck, aged Gouda, dark chocolate, almond pastries, plum tart, crème brûlée or orange-infused desserts.

Tasting Notes: Rich and creamy, with crème brûlée, spiced plum jam, candied orange peel, ripe stone fruit and warming oak spice.

Nose: Sweet and inviting, with caramelized custard, ripe peaches, red berries, cinnamon and orange peel.

Palate: Smooth and layered, with spiced plum jam, juicy nectarines, creamy vanilla and aromatic spice.

Finish: Lingering and warming, with dark fruit, caramel sweetness and gentle toasted oak.
