Nc'Nean Quiet Rebels Amy Organic

Nc'Nean Quiet Rebels Amy is a limited-edition organic Highland single malt Scotch whisky released in 2024 at 48.5% ABV. Created in collaboration with the distillery's Head of Sustainability, Amy Stammers, it combines whisky matured in STR red wine and ex-bourbon casks with whisky finished in French Maury fortified wine casks. Rich and creamy, it offers inviting notes of toffee, red currants and orange peel, followed by lemon custard, damson jam and buttery pastries.

Food Pairing: Almond pastries, lemon tart, creamy Brie, cherry cheesecake, butter cake, vanilla panna cotta or fruit preserves.

Tasting Notes: Rich and creamy, with lemon custard, damson jam, buttery muffins, red currants, toffee and gentle oak spice.

Nose: Sweet and aromatic, with toffee, red currants, orange peel and warming oak spice.
