About the Napier Red Medallion 2017
A premium Wellington Bordeaux-style red blend combining Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Ripe plum, cassis, cedar and pencil lead lead into a concentrated, spicy palate with soft, round texture and ripe tannins.
Food Pairing: Grilled meats, roast beef, stews, spicy pasta and dark chocolate
