About the Finca Museum Reserva
An exceptional, powerfully structured Spanish red wine crafted by Finca Museum from old, low-yielding Tempranillo vines (averaging over 70 years old) grown on the gravelly, limestone-rich soils of Cigales. This robust Reserva undergoes meticulous fermentation followed by 24 months of extensive aging in new French oak barrels, plus an additional 12 months of maturation in the bottle. It displays a deep, brilliant ruby-red color with brick rims and yields an intense bouquet of ripe black currants, red cherries, and licorice, seamlessly woven with complex notes of coconut, vanilla, pipe tobacco, and toasted cedar on a full-bodied, velvety palate.
Food Pairing: This highly structured and complex red wine pairs spectacularly with slow-braised lamb shanks, grilled ribeye steaks, roasted wild game, or aged Manchego cheese.
