Murray McDavid Ledaig 15 Year Old PX Sherry Octave Finish

Murray McDavid Ledaig 15 Year Old is a peated Island single malt Scotch whisky produced at Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull and independently bottled by Murray McDavid at 52.1% ABV. Finished in small Pedro Ximénez Sherry octave casks, it combines bold coastal peat smoke with rich sherry sweetness. Notes of bonfire smoke, sea spray, dark treacle and warming spice create a full-bodied character with lingering oak and smoky richness.

Food Pairing: Smoked brisket, grilled lamb, aged cheddar, dark chocolate, roasted nuts, sticky toffee pudding or rich fruitcake.
