Murray McDavid Mission Gold King of Casks 27 Year Old is a limited-release Speyside blended malt Scotch whisky distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2024 at 47.1% ABV. Matured in bourbon hogsheads and finished for three years in first-fill Murça Old Brandy casks, this rare teaspooned malt offers an elegant balance of orchard fruit, honeyed sweetness and warming spice. Notes of apricot, mixed berries, mocha and vanilla lead into a rich, lingering finish of sweet chai and gentle oak.

Food Pairing: Roasted duck, aged Gouda, toasted almonds, apricot tart, dark chocolate, fruitcake or vanilla crème brûlée.
