Passing Clouds was our first blend, named after an ethereal former nightclub in East London. It was an indescribable place that we named an indescribable drink after. We were originally looking for the same brioche flavor that is common in champagne, which is where the kvass element was developed by us. The quince, geranium and jasmine elements are all intended to give the blend a profound floralness.
