Mt. Logan 5 Year Old Canadian Rye Whisky is produced by Highwood Distillers in Alberta from prairie rye and wheat grains that are batch distilled and matured separately before blending. Aged for at least five years in charred American white oak barrels and bottled at 40% ABV, it offers an approachable Canadian whisky profile combining rye spice and soft wheat character with butterscotch, vanilla and gentle oak.
