About the Mt. Boucherie Summit Reserve Merlot
Rich and polished, this Reserve Merlot shows ripe plum, cherry and blueberry layered with dark fruit, oak spice and subtle herbal notes. The palate is full and smooth, with supple tannins, generous fruit and enough freshness to carry the structured finish.
Food Pairing: Seared beef, grilled steak, roast lamb, mushroom dishes, roasted vegetables, or bruschetta.
