Crafted by the legendary Ales Kristancic of Movia, an iconic biodynamic estate straddling the border of Slovenia and Italy in the Goriška Brda region, 'Sivi' (Pinot Grigio) represents a masterclass in skin-contact winemaking. Sourced from organic, high-altitude vineyards with mineral-rich "Flysch" (ponca) soils, the hand-harvested grapes undergo a short maceration on their skins using wild indigenous yeasts before extended aging in French oak barrels without added sulfur.
