Domaine Labruyere Le Carquelin is a single-parcel Moulin-a-Vent sourced from 50-year-old Gamay vines rooted in sandy clay over weathered pink granite. Elegant and finely structured, it offers blackberry, blueberry, violet and spice with silky tannins, vibrant freshness and outstanding ageing potential.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast duck, grilled lamb, beef bourguignon, wild mushrooms, pork tenderloin and aged cheeses.
