Mortlach 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky produced at the Mortlach Distillery in Dufftown, Speyside. Known as "The Beast of Dufftown" due to its robust character, it is crafted using a complex, precise 2.81 times distillation process and aged for 12 years in a combination of European and American oak casks, including ex-sherry and ex-bourbon barrels. This expression delivers a rich, meaty, and richly sherried profile balancing dried fruit sweetness and deep oak spice.
