Morgenster Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, crisp white wine produced by Morgenster Estate in the coastal ward of Helderberg within Stellenbosch. Grown on maritime-influenced slopes benefiting from cool False Bay ocean breezes, it displays a bright pale straw color. The nose opens with vibrant aromas of passion fruit, green apple, lime zest, lemongrass, and subtle minerality. On the palate, it offers lively acidity, a clean and energetic texture, and refreshing citrus and tropical fruit flavors that lead to a crisp, dry finish.
