Morgenster Estate The Reserve White is a complex, elegant Bordeaux-style white blend produced by the historical Morgenster Estate in Stellenbosch's Helderberg ward. Sourced from south-facing vineyards overlooking False Bay, it is typically composed of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon fermented and aged on its lees in French oak barrels. In the glass, it displays a bright golden straw color with rich aromas of yellow apple, white peach, citrus blossom, lemon curd, and delicate toasted oak spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied, creamy, and wonderfully balanced, offering vibrant acidity, subtle flinty minerality, and a long, savory finish.
