Domaine de la Mordoree Tavel Cuvee de la Reine des Bois is a concentrated Rhone rose built around Grenache with Syrah, Cinsault and Clairette. It shows ripe cherry, strawberry, mineral and garrigue notes, supported by refreshing acidity, impressive depth and a long, dry finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled lamb skewers, herb-roasted chicken, seared salmon, or Provencal vegetable tart.
