Distilled in 2009 in the Orkney Islands of Scotland—an area renowned for producing single malts with signature heather smoke, honeyed malt, and maritime character—this expression was matured for 16 years before being bottled at a natural cask strength of 55.7% ABV without chill filtration or added color.

Tasting Notes : Pale gold to warm amber in color. Delivers a rich, coating, and oily mouthfeel with a robust, full-bodied presence on the palate.

Nose : Aromatic heather honey, light coastal peat smoke, and zesty citrus peel, layered with orchard fruits, sea spray, and subtle toasted oak.

Palate : Rich and complex with initial notes of sweet barley malt, honey, and dried orchard fruits, evolving into gentle peat smoke, cracked black pepper, sea salt, and warming oak spices.
