About the Moon Curser Dead of Night
Dark, powerful and structured, Dead of Night layers blackberry, blackcurrant and raspberry with pomegranate, cocoa, cedar and savoury spice. Bright acidity provides lift through the full-bodied palate, while firm, fine tannins and integrated oak carry the concentrated fruit into a persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Braised lamb, hearty beef stew, mushroom bourguignon, grilled steak, venison, and other rich, savoury dishes.
