About the Montes Classic Selection Sauvignon Blanc 750ml
Tasting Notes: Brilliant pale yellow in colour with glints of green. The intense and cheerful nose offers aromas of fresh citrus, like lime and pink grapefruit, accompanied by notes of pineapple and fresh white peach. A faint greenness in the background is evidence of its coastal origins. The palate has a naturally well-balanced acidity; it’s crunchy but with a rounded sensation on the midpalate. The wine is fresh and entertaining with a long finish that is very much in line with its expression on the nose.
