About the Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 pours a deep, intense violet-red color in the glass. The nose is highly expressive and complex, opening with prominent aromas of ripe black fruits like figs and blackberries, beautifully layered with notes of crème de cassis, spicy black pepper, tobacco leaves, and a touch of dark chocolate. On the palate, this full-bodied Chilean red showcases an excellent structural balance with generous volume, vibrant acidity, and perfectly rounded, fine-grained tannins. Rich layers of dark fruit and savory undertones seamlessly drive into a long, polished, and elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with rosemary-roasted lamb chops, grilled prime ribeye steaks, Mongolian beef, or rich spaghetti with a savory Bolognese sauce.
