About the Vecchia Romagna Tre Botti
The Three Barrels Reserve Elegant blend of fine distillates aged in three different barrels, with a rich and intense taste. Riserva Tre Botti is characterized by a blend of great distillates, the finest of which are aged up to 10-15 years. Aging takes place in three different barrels: French oak barriques to define structure and character, large Slavonian oak barrels to give softness and roundness, and tonneaux, which previously housed Italian red wine, for velvety and elegant notes.
It has a bright amber color. The nose is a riot of dried fruit, in particular hazelnut and other sweeter aromas such as cinnamon and tropical fruit. The taste is round, soft and balanced. Woody notes of oak and toasted hazelnut blend with the sweet and fruity ones of vanilla, raisins and tropical fruit and with the spicy ones of cinnamon.
Excellent to serve smooth or to be used for the preparation of the great mixing classics.
