About the Monemvasia Monemvasia Red
Crafted by Monemvasia Winery (Tsimbidi) in the historic, sun-drenched coastal hills of Laconia in the Peloponnese, this benchmark Greek red blend highlights indigenous varieties Agiorgitiko and Mavroudi. Deeply rooted in Byzantine history, the winery is dedicated to reviving native grape varieties and reflecting the unique coastal Mediterranean terroir of southeastern Greece.
Food Pairing: Roasted leg of lamb, moussaka, grilled pork chops, beef souvlaki, and aged graviera or feta cheese.
