Mollydooker The Boxer Shiraz 2024

Mollydooker The Boxer Shiraz 2024 is an unashamedly bold, rich, and deeply concentrated red wine crafted from 100% Shiraz grown across premium vineyards in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. Matured in 100% American oak barrels (40% new), it displays an opaque crimson-purple hue with expressive aromas of fresh black plum, ripe blackberry jam, dark cherry, mocha, and licorice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and mouth-filling, offering layers of plush dark fruit, soft and well-measured tannins, and subtle toasted oak spice that carry through to a broad, lingering finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with honey miso beef cheeks, slow-roasted barbecue ribs, grilled ribeye steak, peppered venison, and aged sharp cheddar cheese.
