A fruit-sweet Riesling Kabinett from Markus Molitor, sourced from the steep Ockfener Bockstein vineyard along the Saar. Yellow fruit and delicate spice are balanced by lively acidity and distinctive mineral character from grey slate, greywacke and quartz-rich soils.
Food Pairing: Chorizo, spicy Mexican dishes, pumpkin-ginger soup, sweet-and-sour pork and lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
