Domaine des Moirots Cremant de Bourgogne blends 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Aligote from estate vineyards in Bissey-sous-Cruchaud. Base wines mature on lees before secondary fermentation in bottle. Fine bubbles accompany brioche and raspberry aromas, a rounded palate and a notably fresh finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with butter-poached shrimp, smoked salmon canapes, fried calamari, or roast chicken.
