MMAD Vineyard Shiraz is an old-vine Blewitt Springs red combining perfumed fruit with impressive structure and freshness. Red and blue fruit, lifted florals and savoury spice lead into a concentrated palate, where bright acidity and long mineral tannins reflect the vineyard's sandy soils, ironstone and cooling coastal influence.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with rosemary lamb shoulder, charcoal-grilled ribeye, braised beef cheeks, and venison.
