Domaine de l'Aurage is a refined Bordeaux crafted by the Mitjavile family in Castillon. Rich aromas of blackberry, plum, violet, cocoa, and spice lead to a full-bodied palate with polished tannins, vibrant freshness, and a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, duck confit, wild mushrooms, or aged Comté cheese.
