Mission Hill Family Estate Reserve Syrah 2021 is a rich, full-bodied, and dark-fruited red wine produced by Mission Hill Family Estate in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. Sourced from estate vineyard blocks across the Oliver and Osoyoos sub-regions, the wine is co-fermented with a tiny splash of Viognier and aged in oak barrels for 14 months to add structure and aromatic lift. In the glass, it presents a deep, inky ruby-purple hue. The nose reveals fragrant aromas of damson plum, blueberry, violets, black peppercorn, and toasted oak with subtle savory nuances of cured meat.
