Mission Hill Quatrain 2016 is a rich, full-bodied, and elegantly structured red blend from Mission Hill Family Estate's flagship Legacy Series, sourced from estate vineyards in Osoyoos within the southern Okanagan Valley. Shifted in this vintage to be Syrah-dominant, it opens with vibrant, perfumed aromas of blueberry, wild blackberry, and dark fruit, layered with crushed desert herbs, floral blue fruit, black pepper, and subtle licorice. The palate is dense yet remarkably smooth and juicy, framed by fine, sinewy tannins and lively acidity that carry into a long, peppery, and savory finish.

Food Pairing: Grilled ribeye steak, lamb osso buco, roasted rack of lamb, braised short ribs, and sharp aged hard cheeses like cheddar.
