Miro Pine Mountain Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is an exceptional, small-production mountain-grown California red wine masterfully crafted by acclaimed winemaker Miroslav "Miro" Tcholakov. Sourced from high-elevation vineyards perched at approximately 2,600 feet above the sea level near the top of Pine Mountain, the fruit benefits from a unique microclimate above the valley fog line. This intense elevation subjects the vines to a prominent temperature inversion, extending sunlight exposure and prompting a slower ripening process that develops remarkably thick skins and rich phenolic concentration. In the glass, the wine presents an intense, opaque dark ruby hue.
