Minor Case 6 Year Old Straight Rye Whiskey Single Barrel is a limited American rye whiskey selected from individually aged barrels and produced under Limestone Branch Distillery’s Minor Case label. Aged for six years and built around a 51% rye mashbill, each barrel develops its own individual character while retaining a classic balance of rye spice, caramelized sweetness, vanilla and oak.

Food Pairing: Pair with smoked brisket, barbecue ribs, grilled steak, aged cheddar, roasted pecans, dark chocolate or caramel-based desserts.

Tasting Notes: Bold and structured, balancing classic rye spice with vanilla, caramel, toasted grain, citrus and mature oak.
