Sourced from vines planted in 1984 at the coastal Te Arai Vineyard, it showcases complex aromatics of yellow apple, white peach, mango, lanolin, and wet stone, complemented by delicate white floral and honeyed notes. Fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and large oak demi-muids, the wine exhibits a supple, creamy palate with drive, concentrated fruit, and a vibrant, mineral-driven acidity that provides exceptional length and aging potential.
