Millstone Peated PX Dutch Single Malt Whisky

Millstone Peated PX Dutch Single Malt Whisky is produced by Zuidam Distillers from peated malted barley and matured in first- and second-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, it balances the rich sweetness of PX maturation with gentle peat smoke, creating an approachable yet characterful single malt with layers of raisins, chocolate, malt and warming spice.

Food Pairing: Pair with smoked meats, aged Gouda, roasted nuts, blue cheese, dark chocolate or dried-fruit desserts.

Tasting Notes: Rich and gently smoky, combining raisins and dried fruit with chocolate, vanilla, sweet malt, warming spice and soft earthy peat.

Nose: Sweet dried fruit and raisins mingle with vanilla, toasted oak and a gentle layer of aromatic peat smoke.
