Millstone 100 Rye Whisky

Millstone 100 Rye Whisky is a Dutch single rye whisky produced by Zuidam Distillers in Baarle-Nassau. Distilled from 100% rye in small copper pot stills and matured for a minimum of 100 months in new American oak, it offers citrus, spice, honey and vanilla on the nose, followed by rich fruity sweetness and a long peppery, oak-driven finish.

Food Pairing: Grilled pork, smoked brisket, aged Gouda, roasted nuts, apple tart, or caramel desserts with cinnamon and warming spice.
