Mijenta Blanco is an artisanal, small-batch tequila celebrated for its aromatic complexity and strong commitment to sustainability. Crafted by Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero, it is produced from mature Highland agave and remains unaged to preserve its purest form. It features an expressive nose of cooked agave, honey, and white blossoms, accented by tropical notes of melon and pineapple. On the palate, it is exceptionally smooth and silky, showcasing a harmonious blend of rich agave sweetness, citrus zest, and a subtle hint of sea salt, leading to a long, clean, and slightly spicy finish.
